Back again for the 5th year in a row is Short Notice (aka Saving November).

Polishing their musical chops for years as one of Nova Scotia's top cover bands, Short Notice is set to shoot to the top of the rock scene in 2009 with their third studio album, (yet untitled). The band's latest album, joins together Shawn Hardy's melodramatic vocal work with unhinged guitar rhythms, Tony Rogers' soothing vocals and primal beats with Jason McCorriston's low end bass riffs to create a collection of rock and roll at its finest. With standout tracks like "When Did Love Become a Crime" , "The Last Chevrolet" and "Sanctuary", look for Short Notice to be a major trailblazer in the rock landscape for years to come with their infectious melodies and inescapable hooks.

Boy time goes really quick .  It seems just like last month when Riverfest 2008 took place but with that said, I'm yet again looking forward to this huge party. Smiley
